Job Description
Ten Forward Consulting is seeking a motivated Application Developer to help design, build, enhance, and maintain modern software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of application development, programming fundamentals, database integration, and software troubleshooting.
In this role, you will collaborate with technical teams to develop reliable applications, improve existing systems, and deliver solutions that meet client and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom software applications.
- Build responsive web and mobile application features.
- Develop and integrate application programming interfaces (APIs).
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Work with databases and application data structures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve software defects.
- Perform application testing and debugging.
- Participate in code reviews and development planning.
- Collaborate with developers and project stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation and improve application performance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Understanding of web application development.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and software integration.
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation
Proposed annual salary: $75,000 – $105,000, depending on experience, technical skills, and employer-approved compensation.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
