We are expanding our digital capabilities and investing in our Shopify Plus B2B e-commerce platform to deliver a modern, seamless customer purchasing experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Shopify Plus Full-Stack Developer to develop, optimize, and expand our e-commerce platform.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical development skills with an understanding of e-commerce growth, AI integration, automation, and customer experience.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who can independently troubleshoot issues, develop new functionality, and take projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Plus Development

• Develop, maintain, and optimize our Shopify Plus website and custom theme.
• Build new features, integrate third-party applications, and improve website performance.
• Enhance mobile responsiveness, product pages, checkout, and overall user experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement scalable solutions.

B2B E-Commerce & Customer Experience

• Develop customer account portals, custom pricing, quote requests, and reordering functionality.
• Implement loyalty programs, subscriptions, and customer self-service features.
• Improve website search, product filtering, navigation, and product discovery.
• Manage product uploads, pricing updates, and large product catalogs.

AI Integration & Automation

• Implement AI-powered chatbots, intelligent product search, and automated customer support tools.
• Develop lead capture, lead qualification, and customer follow-up workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions and automation tools to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

E-Commerce Growth & Marketing Integration

• Optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes to improve conversion rates.
• Support Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager integrations.
• Maintain product feeds, conversion tracking, and marketing-related website functionality.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and online revenue growth.

Project Execution

• Independently manage and execute assigned development projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external development partners.
• Identify technical bottlenecks and implement timely solutions.
• Continuously recommend improvements to website functionality, automation, and performance.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Experience with Shopify APIs, GraphQL, REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with custom Shopify themes, applications, and debugging.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce functionality and customer experience.
• Ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality solutions.
