Job Description
Hardin Design & Development is seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer to contribute to the development and improvement of web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both front-end and back-end technologies, enjoy solving technical challenges, and be comfortable collaborating with developers, designers, and clients.
The successful candidate will participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from application planning and architecture to implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
- Develop back-end services, APIs, and database integrations.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Work with React, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, and related technologies.
- Identify and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning.
- Maintain application security and software quality.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and development teams.
- Support application updates, testing, and deployment processes.
Required Skills
- Experience with full-stack web development.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Familiarity with React or similar front-end frameworks.
- Understanding of Laravel or other back-end frameworks.
- Knowledge of MySQL and relational databases.
- Experience with REST APIs and Git.
- Understanding of software development and testing practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of Node.js and modern development workflows.
- Experience developing enterprise-level applications.
Compensation
Proposed annual salary range: $65,000 – $85,000, depending on experience and technical qualifications. Final compensation must be confirmed by the employer.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
