Full Stack Engineer (Rails/React)

Millions of renters struggle to secure a home because they don’t meet traditional qualification requirements. Our client is changing that — helping more qualified renters get approved while enabling landlords to increase occupancy. They are building a rent guarantee platform transforming the US rental market.

They’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help scale the product, with genuine ownership across backend and frontend development, architecture, and product decisions. They are already profitable and scaling fast - you’ll have a direct hand in shaping both the platform and the engineering culture.

Responsibilities:

• Building and scaling the product that powers the platform
• Building high-impact full stack features
• Collaborating with internal teams to drive roadmap

Qualifications:

• Experience in Full Stack Development
• Experience building in Ruby and React
• Excellent communication skills
• The desire to thrive in a startup environment
• CS or equivalent Degree
