Sr. Data & AI Platform Engineer
Lead the platform. Shape the future.
Guide the data and AI strategy that will set a growing medical technology company apart in a competitive market.
Our mission is improving lives with thoughtfully designed medical technology, and data is behind every decision we make. As our Sr. Data & AI Platform Engineer, you will manage our data and AI platforms, including NetSuite and Domo, and serve as a thought leader who guides our direction, shaping the data foundation, design, and applications that will serve AltimateMedical well and differentiate us in the market. You will oversee both structured and unstructured data and lead data exploration and visualization to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies, increasingly applying AI and machine learning to accelerate and scale how we discover insights. Working independently, you will use statistical, machine learning, and AI-based methods to analyze and model the data that drives decisions across the business.
WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT
- Ownership, not tickets. You will own our data platforms and lead platform projects start to finish, with the independence to choose the right approach.
- Build the foundation for AI. Bring AI and machine learning into the platform and into production, and help shape where AI and automation go next.
- Work that is seen. Your insights reach decision-makers across the business, at a company whose products change lives.
- Room to grow. A growing portfolio of brands means new data, new questions, and new problems worth solving.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and evolve our data platforms, NetSuite and Domo, including integrations, ETL pipelines, data models, and data quality across structured and unstructured data.
- Lead platform and AI projects from planning through delivery, directing work and partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Run AI and ML models in production on the platform, monitoring them for performance and drift.
- Tell the story, turning complex findings into clear visuals and narratives for audiences of every background.
- Shape the roadmap with IT and business leaders, spotting where AI and automation fit.

- Working scripting skills in SQL, Python, and/or R to build pipelines and automate platform work, with good practices like version control and testing.
- Hands-on AI/ML experience with real tools; Domo or NetSuite experience is a plus.
- The ability to work independently and explain technical work in plain language.
