Job Description :

We are seeking a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Python and/or Java, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and modern software development practices. The ideal candidate will build, test, deploy, and support scalable applications in a collaborative Agile environment.

Must-Have Skills :

• Programming: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C

• Backend: Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, Node.js, REST APIs

• Frontend: React, HTML, CSS

• Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/GCP, Docker, Linux, CI/CD

• Tools: Git, Maven, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Jira

• Engineering Practices: OOP, SOLID principles, unit testing, integration testing, Agile/Scrum, SDLC

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Python and/or Java.

• Build and enhance web applications using JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.

• Develop database integrations using relational and NoSQL databases.

• Write clean, maintainable, testable code with appropriate validation and error handling.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, debugging, and production support.

• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with product, QA, business, and data teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate technical risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Approximately 4 years of software development experience.

• Experience developing REST APIs and using Spring Boot or a comparable framework.

• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, Git, Linux, testing, and the software development lifecycle.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
