Job Description
Accretive Technology is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in modern programming languages, backend development, database management, and building scalable software solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop new application features, improve existing systems, solve technical challenges, and deliver reliable software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Build and maintain backend services and application APIs.
- Develop and improve application features based on business requirements.
- Work with databases, data structures, and system integrations.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
- Improve application performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and software testing.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
Required Technical Skills
- Experience with Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Knowledge of backend and frontend development.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and web services.
- Understanding of SQL and database management.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Knowledge of software testing and debugging.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
