Our challenge:

We are seeking a skilled React Developer with strong experience in building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, front-end development best practices, and API integration. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $90-$100k/year & benefits (see below)..

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js .
• Build reusable and scalable UI components.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with React.js .
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) , TypeScript , HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux , Context API, or Zustand.
• Knowledge of React Hooks, Functional Components, and component lifecycle.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
• Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Next.js .
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
